CPR AED Level C

This CPR AED Level C Course is ideal for those who need training for the workplace or for personal interest. This course can be recertified within three years although some workplaces require annual certifications to maintain their workplace standards (such as construction workers, supervisors,  volunteers and students).

Course Content 

• The Red Cross
• Responding to Emergencies
• Check, Call, Care
• Recovery position
• Choking – adult, children, babies
• Assisting with medications
• Angina and heart attack
• Stroke
• CPR and AED– adult, children, and babies
• Deadly bleeding and the use of a tourniquet
• Includes any other content required by specific legislation

Successful Completion

• Participants must be able to comprehend and successfully demonstrate all required skills, including critical steps
• 100% attendance for this 4-hour course and individual participation is mandatory for all participants
• Participants must achieve a minimum of 75% on a written, closed book knowledge evaluation
• Participants must practise and adhere to Red Cross Fundamental Principles while in the course
