Standard First Aid CPR Level C

APRIL 2021 UPDATE: In keeping with the safety protocols within Ontario, First Aid CPR is classified as an ESSENTIAL SERVICE and we continue to provide courses under the required Provincial Regulations. 

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, WSIB has granted First Aid Providers in Ontario to provide a temporary certification option through blended and online training. Furthermore, WSIB has granted an extension to any previously existing certification that would have expired after March 1st, 2020. This extension ends on December 31st, 2021.* PLEASE NOTE that As of April 1st, 2021 ANY EXPIRED RED CROSS CERTIFICATE WILL REQUIRE A NEW CERTIFICATION.  

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? 

Traditionally we have provided both on-site training and public courses. Due to COVID-19, we are unable to provide public courses at this time. Once we are able to resume our public courses, you will be notified with flexible in-class scheduling options. In the meantime, online courses and blended Learning courses are always available.

Standard First Aid CPR Level C is a WSIB approved comprehensive two-day course providing first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training in their the workplace or want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home.  Participants learn to provide first aid for adults, children and babies. Standard First Aid meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

This course is ideal for supervisors, pharmacists, personal support workers, police services, RCMP personnel, anyone who falls under the Day Care Nurseries Act, students, volunteers, coaches, teachers and those who need more comprehensive training.  This course can also be taken as a Blended Learning Course.
