Blended delivery relies on a combination of in-class, face-to-face training with online instruction. It is a method in which theoretical information is provided to participants outside of the classroom through an online component. Once the participant has completed the theory, they attend an in-class component to concentrate on skill development and application theory.

This is a comprehensive two-day course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary (CPR) skills for those who need training due to workplace requirements, volunteering or personal development. This course meets all WSIB Regulations (1101 directives). Training includes the latest first aid and CPR/AED guidelines and is offered at Level A, C and HCP. This course meets federal, provincial and territorial regulations for Standard First Aid CPR/AED.
